It’s 1992 and, for five 16 year-old girls, ‘the band’ is everything. Fast forward 25 years, and the same group of girls, who were once inseparable, reunite in Prague to see their heartthrobs one last time, and try yet again to fulfil their dream of meeting the boy band whose music became the soundtrack to their lives. It’s a story of enduring friendships, loss, love and forgotten promises.
The Band features the music of Take That, one of Britain’s most successful boy bands of all time. Songs include: Never Forget, Back For Good, A Million Love Songs, Greatest Day, The Flood, Light My Fire, Shine and Rule The World to name just a few.

Concordia Youth Theatre will perform a delightful showcase of their newest production from the hit musical, 'Grease the Musical'! Enjoy a taster of what is in store at The Concordia, 23rd to 27th June 2026.
You'll experience a live showcase of this hit musical theatre production over an incredible 30 minutes, IN THE MALL OF THE BRITANNIA CENTRE.

Joining the fun will be the Greatest Showman – Michael Jordan, Singer – Miss Kazia and Mr Brown the Magical Caretaker. Expect jaw dropping juggling, singalong favourites and amazing magic. Plus the return of international blacklight speciality act “Fantasie De La Nuit”.

This coming Spring it will be 52 years since Stanley Opera last performed The Magic Flute at the Concordia Theatre. Mozart’s gorgeous romantic fairytale, full of goodies and baddies and fabulous tunes, is one of the most loved operas ever written and we finally have the chance to stage it for you in April in Jeremy Sams’ delightful English translation.
The show will be a perfect night out for all the family, with special ticket pricing to match.

Packed with unforgettable songs, sharp humour, colourful characters and a whole lot of heart, this classic Broadway tale follows high-rolling gamblers, show-stopping performers, and an unlikely romance or two on the bustling streets of New York City. With dazzling choreography, vibrant costumes, and a hugely talented local cast, this production promises charm, comedy, and a whole lot of Broadway magic.

The Wendy Morton Academy proudly presents...Curtain Call. A dazzling display of dance!
Performers from churches around the borough bring their music to Argents Mead. All are welcome to gather round.
This evening concert will feature a local orchestra. Gates open at 5pm with the concert to begin at 6pm and finish at 8:30pm.
You are welcome to bring your own picnic and drinks, and we would encourage any alcohol to be drank responsibly. The event is free to attend, and no booking is necessary. Capacity is limited in the auditorium area and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

The first Hinckley BID Classic Vehicle Meet of 2026, returning this year by popular demand.
Anyone with a classic vehicle of any kind who would like to pop along would be most welcome.
