Lights in the Mead Trail
at Argents Mead.Come and see the Christmas lights through Argents Mead.
Thousands of twinkling fairy lights in hues of green, blue and pink will be hung around the trees, pathways and bandstand in Argents Mead, Hinckley, from Friday, 21 November 2025 until Monday, 5 January 2026.
The 'Lights in the Mead' will be turned on in zones on the night of Hinckley's Christmas Light Switch-On - Friday 21 November 2025, from 5pm, with all the lights being on in the Mead from 6:30pm until late that evening.
'Lights in the Mead' will then be on every evening, from Saturday 22 November 2025 until Tuesday 6 January 2026, alongside the town centre's Christmas lights and Christmas tree in the marketplace.
St Mary's Church - Christmas Tree Festival
at St Mary's Church, Church Walk.This very popular annual festive event is back at St Mary's Church for 2025.

10:00am to 2:00pm at St Mary's Church, Church Walk.Santa's Grotto, Face Painting, Balloon Modelling.
Various Stalls including: Hampers, Crafts, Gins, Jewellery, Beers, Sweets, Cakes & Bakes, Speciality Teas and Ground Coffee, Crystals, Pork & stuffing Rolls, Raffle.

Hinckley BID's Christmas Market
at Britannia Shopping Centre.Hinckley BID proudly hosts a Christmas Market with a difference inside the former Argos unit at the Britannia Centre, step inside our festive market hall with unique stalls full of Christmas gifts, crafts, and decor!

Concordia Theatre - Dangerous Obsession
at Concordia Theatre, Stockwell Head.A mysterious stranger arrives at the front door of an apparently happily married couple – suddenly they find themselves at the mercy of his “dangerous obsession” as he threatens to reveal secrets that could change their lives forever. A gripping thriller full of breath-catching moments and nail-biting suspense, Dangerous Obsession leaves a mangled trail of revelations in its wake before the final nerve-jangling climax.

Lunchtime Concert - The Hinckley School (Music Students)
1:00pm to 1:45pm at St Mary's Church, Church Walk.Come along and enjoy an informal concert in the beautiful setting of Hinckley's medieval Parish Church.
Light classical music performed to the highest standards.
Coffee and tea available in the coffee bar. Bring your own sandwiches. The perfect lunchtime break!
The students will present a varied programme of instrumental, choral and vocal solos in both the classical and musical theatre genres together with some seasonal music.
Admission: £4.50 adult / £1 child
Christmas Lights Car Trail
6:00pm to 8:00pm at Castle Street.Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council invites local disabled and elderly care home residents to come into Hinckley to see the Christmas lights.
Letters have been sent out to these premises to invite their residents and carers to the free event.
Hot drinks and mince pies served at the end of the trail.

Christmas Music in Market Place
at Market Place.Enjoy festive tunes provided by the Salvation Army brass band on the three Satudays before Christmas:

Concordia Theatre - The Snowman (Film screening with live brass band soundtrack)
2:30pm to 4:30pm at Concordia Theatre, Stockwell Head.Following two years of successful performances across the county, Enderby Band are making their debut visit to Concordia Theatre this winter with a screening of Raymond Brigg's Christmas classic, THE SNOWMAN, with live brass band soundtrack. The film will be followed by a short selection of family-friendly festive favourite pieces, songs, and carols to leave you with those cosy Christmas feelings on the run up to the big day.
Tickets on sale to Concordia Theatre members from 10.00am Saturday 16th August – and then to the general public Saturday 23rd August at 10.00am.

Festive Feast and Crafts Market
10:00am to 4:00pm at Market Place.Your Festive Feast and Crafts Market returns for 2025!
Enjoy a range of street food stalls, warm mulled wine and crafts stalls whilst enjoying live Christmas music and entertainment in front of the town centre Christmas tree.

Concordia Theatre Panto - Dick Whittington
at Concordia Theatre, Stockwell Head.The fantastic Concordia panto takes you back to Old London for the tale of Dick Whittington and his Cat. One of the oldest pantomime stories, and probably the only one based on a true historical figure – Richard Whittington. Whilst there is a smidgeon of accuracy in our tale – the rest of the tale will be jam-packed with true Concordia panto magic! Spectacular sets and costumes! Breath-taking special effects!
