Classic Vehicle Meet, June 2026

The first Hinckley BID Classic Vehicle Meet of 2026, returning this year by popular demand. 

Anyone with a classic vehicle of any kind who would like to pop along would be most welcome. 

🚗📢 Important Information for Classic Vehicle Meet Exhibitors 📢🏍️

For the 2026 Hinckley BID Classic Vehicle Meets, there will be a change to the vehicle arrival and departure arrangements to help improve safety and the visitor experience.

🚘 Vehicle Entry
All displaying vehicles should enter the event area via Market Place from 4pm onwards, following the directions of Hinckley BID marshals.

🔕 During the Event
Once parked, all vehicles will remain stationary with engines switched off for the duration of the event.

🚦 Vehicle Exit Procedure
At the end of the event:

➡️ Vehicles parked on Castle Street will be directed to exit via Upper Castle Street through the rising bollards.

➡️ Vehicles parked in Market Place and The Borough will exit via The Borough.

🚗 Please Note
All drivers will be asked to:
• Follow the instructions of Hinckley BID marshals at all times.
• Drive at a maximum speed of 5mph within the event area.
• Use hazard warning lights while moving through the event zone.
• Show consideration for visitors, families and fellow exhibitors.

These measures are designed to ensure the safe arrival and departure of vehicles while maintaining the relaxed atmosphere that makes our Classic Vehicle Meets so popular.
