Congratulations to Hinckley's own Zoe McGrady and the BBC Leicester team for completing 1 mile through Hinckley town centre as part of the Thousand Mile Challenge to raise money for Children In Need.
Pudsey Bear and BID Bear were there to see them off at the start at Cineworld Hinckley and beat them to the finishline at Argents Mead. The town centre shops, businesses residents, and Hinckley Police turned out to wave them along on the route.
NWSLC welcomed them with a live music performance in front of the college and the team from Hinckley Leisure Centre and Active Hinckley & Bosworth were out in force to applaud them at the end.
