The new barber shop, named ‘High Barber’, have officially opened their doors to customers back at the end of June.

It is based inside of the Corner Cafe’s original site, but his isn’t the first location for the barbers, as the bosses behind it already have a presence on Upper Castle Street, with a shop named ‘Turkish Style Barbers’, and a shop in Top Town, Barwell, aptly-named ‘the Barwell Top Barber’.

The news comes at a time where many more businesses have made their plans known to set up shop across the town centre. The former Santander bank branch has been given the ‘thumbs up’ by council planners to become a brand new cafe and craft studio.

In addition, the former Gymophobics weight loss centre will soon become a cafe bar named ‘What the Fork’. The owners responsible currently have a presence in the small village of Ansley in nearby Nuneaton, which is a members-only eatery.

Great news for Hinckley Town Centre!
