GREAT MONEY SAVING OPPORTUNITIES and FUN in Hinckley at Half-Term

Organised by Hinckley BID and supported by HBBC, HALF -TERM in HINCKLEY this October will be family friendly and not to be missed, with 50+ new Special Offers from the shops and services, a great TREASURE HUNT and Free Parking in key car parks.

As a ‘thank you’ for Customers support following the re-opening of shops and services in Hinckley Town centre, more than 50 businesses will be making a Special Offer during the October half-term, every day from Monday October 19th
to Saturday Oct 24th inclusive. With Christmas coming, this will be an ideal time to take advantage of some really good bargains!

And to attract the whole family, Hinckley BID are creating a family TREASURE HUNT throughout the same period, with 12 clue answers placed on shop doorways throughout the town centre and 20 x £25 Town Centre Voucher prizes to be won and spent at any Town centre business of your choice!

Full details of all the Offers and a downloadable form for the Treasure Hunt will be available on www.hinckleybid.co.uk from October 9th.

Shopping in Hinckley to be given a boost during half term week after Councillors approved a free parking scheme in Hinckley town centre.

The scheme will allow shoppers to park for free any time from Monday 19 October to Friday 23 October in three town centre car parks – Trinity Lane East (Rugby Road, opposite Domino’s) , Castle (Hill Street) and Lower Bond St (opposite the Atkins building).

This special offer for half term expands on the free parking from 3pm initiative which has been available in these three car parks since it was approved by Councillors late last year.

Council Leader Stuart Bray said: “Our town centre retailers and Hinckley BID are working hard to offer a range of promotional activities during the half term holiday so I’m pleased to confirm this council will be supporting this initiative by extending free car parking all day at a number of our key town centre car parks which are already offering free parking from 3pm.
