We provide high quality training to enable individuals who may or may not have previous experience of Tai Chi or Qigong to become qualified Shibashi Tai Chi Qigong Instructors who, in turn, can pass on the enormous health benefits to others.

Courses are run at weekends, spread over 6 weeks, to suit those with full time occupations. Our course is accredited by the Complementary Medical Association and for Continuing Professional Development by the Register of Exercise Professionals.

Ongoing training is available to qualified instructors.
