About Us
Johnsons began trading in 1947 as a traditional draper's shop and has remained proudly family-owned ever since. Over the decades, the business has evolved into an award-winning lingerie and ladieswear retailer.
Our achievements include winning the Drapers Record Lingerie Retailer of the Year Award and being recognised as a Commended Finalist in the 2019 Best UK Small Shop Awards. Our online store, The Lingerie Company, launched in 2000 and was named one of the UK's top five lingerie websites by The Daily Telegraph.
Today, our website has been fully optimised for mobile shopping, making it easier than ever to browse and buy from wherever you are.
