Who are the DRE Group?

We are a dedicated family run business who operate a Property Management Company and our subsidiary, DRE Property Services Ltd manages the interests of a number of landlords with properties across the UK.

Our Head Office is within the iconic High Cross Building, accessed off Lancaster Road in the town centre of Hinckley.

We have two affordable self-storage locations in the town. Dennis Self-Storage (the big yellow one opposite the train station!) and Budget Self-Storage (the pink one located inside the High Cross Building) with prices starting from just £10.82 per week plus VAT.

At both locations we have also created affordable MiiSpace rooms to rent on a flexible monthly licence, allowing different industries to come together under one roof. With 20 rooms at Dennis House and another 14 at High Cross Building, prices start from just £270 inc VAT per month.
