FREE LIVE MUSIC EVENT...

Britannia's Got Talent 2026

Britannia's Got Talent is back for 2026! Join us on Saturday 28th February at Britannia shopping centre for a day of free live music. Supported by Keysound - the Piano and Keyboard Specialists, a piano will be installed in the mall of the Britannia Shopping Centre. Come along to enjoy a variety of performances including Maria Torres, and students from Pianista, the Piano school in Hinckley and more.

Sense charity shop will be holding a BODEN clothing sale!

Sense BIG BODEN clothing event

The Sense Charity shop in Hinckley will be holding a BODEN clothing event from 26th Feb - 1st March. The shop will have a large collection of ladies clothing including dresses, trousers, tops, skirts and more! There will also be some lovely BODEN children's clothing as well. All items are brand new and are heavily reduced from the original retail price. Customers will be able to pick up a real bargain!

Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just curious about the benefits of green living, this event is set to be a highlight of the spring season. Mark your calendar and prepare for a weekend filled with growth, learning, and community spirit!

Hinckley BID's Annual Motor Show

Join us on Sunday 20th September 2026 for the 15th Annual Motor Show in Hinckley Town Centre!!

This year the Motor Show will be bigger than ever, with a focus on ‘Motoring Through The Ages’ as we celebrate 15 years of this wonderful event in Hinckley town centre.

FREE to attend and FREE to enter a classic vehicle (or vehicle of special interest) – please note that space is limited for heavy and larger vehicles and such vehicles will only be allocated space on the day at the discretion of Hinckley BID by pre-arrangement.

Jaspers celebrates its 8th anniversary.

Jaspers Hinckley Celebrates 8 Years being Hinckley biggest independent family run business in the town centre. 

Jaspers Hinckley proudly marks its 8th Anniversary, celebrating nearly a decade of serving the local community with quality furniture and exceptional service. Since its inception, the store has dedicated itself to providing a diverse selection of stylish and functional furniture for homes in Hinckley and the surrounding areas.

The journey has been enriched by the incredible support from customers, who Jasper's acknowledges with heartfelt gratitude. "Thank you for trusting us to furnish your homes and create beautiful spaces," a spokesperson stated. "Your smiles and stories inspire us every day."

In addition to enhancing homes, Jasper's has actively supported various local events and charities, reinforcing its commitment to giving back to the community that has supported the business throughout the years.

As part of the celebratory year, the café within the store has undergone a refurbishment, offering a refreshed space for customers to enjoy shopping and refreshments.

Jasper's Hinckley looks forward to continuing its service to the beloved Hinckley community for many more years to come.

Pop in and enjoy lunch or maybe breakfast, the café is now open on Sundays too.

Colour The Town Art Trail

New for Hinckley town centre for June 2026, this free event will transform the area into a vibrant, colourful and artistic display.

There will be colourful and decorative art, sculptures and a walking trail to explore. Fun for all the family.

There will also be live entertainment throughout the month with refreshments and shopping available in many of Hinckley's town centre shops, cafes and eateries.

Concordia Theatre Panto - Dick Whittington
Thursday 15th January to Saturday 7th February at Concordia Theatre, Stockwell Head.

The fantastic Concordia panto takes you back to Old London for the tale of Dick Whittington and his Cat. One of the oldest pantomime stories, and probably the only one based on a true historical figure – Richard Whittington. Whilst there is a smidgeon of accuracy in our tale – the rest of the tale will be jam-packed with true Concordia panto magic! Spectacular sets and costumes! Breath-taking special effects! And a wealth of local talent! What more could you want to start the year off in style?

After selling out arenas across Europe, The West End Tenors embark on their first UK Tour, bringing their smash hit show directly to you! The cast of The West End Tenors have starred in musicals such as Les Misérables, The Phantom of the Opera, Mamma Mia and Miss Saigon, as well as performing at Windsor Castle for the Royal Family, the BBC Proms and the Eurovision Song Contest

Boden Clothing Sale
Thursday 26th February to Sunday 1st March at Sense Charity Shop, 10-12 Castle Street.

Sense Charity Shop in Hinckley will be holding a BODEN clothing event.

NWSLC Open Event
Thursday 26th February, 4:00pm to 7:00pm at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College, Lower Bond Street.

NWSLC Open Events give visitors the chance to explore campuses, meet tutors, and discover the full range of FE, HE, apprenticeship, and adult courses on offer. Guests can tour facilities, speak with support teams about careers, admissions, and student services, and ask any questions about studying with NWSLC. These events are open to everyone - whether you're a school leaver or an adult looking to upskill or retrain, you're warmly invited to see how NWSLC can help you go further.
