On 15th March 2025, Hinckley BID proudly hosted a new “Live Windows” event, which was an innovative and cultural experience. Running from 9:30am to 11:30am, this free event captutred the attention of visitors as windows throughout Hinckley town centre transformed into vibrant stages, showcasing a diverse array of live performances. Attendees enjoyed a delightful mix of talent as artists animated the shop windows and streets around town. From music to acting and everything in between, there was something for everyone to appreciate. Visitors utilised maps provided to navigate the route and discover the various performance locations. The morning was filled with creativity and a strong sense of community spirit at the heart of Hinckley. The event successfully supported local talent and demonstrated the charm and vibrancy of our town in an entirely new way. We extend our huge thanks to the 18 businesses that participated, and to the students at NWSLC’s Hinckley campus and Gray’s Drama Academy, for their invaluable contributions to this ambitious and remarkable event.

"We have spoken to the BID office and they told us to visit" - Never!!
|
It has been brought to our attention that some local and national sales teams are getting in contact and saying Hinckley BID have told them to contact you. This will most definitely not be the case! We will NEVER suggest to anyone selling services that they contact a business directly or visit your premises. The only people who we will work with to arrange to drop in and see you, we will share within this newsletter in advance, or discuss with you on one of our visits. I am sorry for any confusion these sales calls have created. It is frustrating and something that we will try to help you eradicate. If you would like to pass on contact details to us of callers who say we sent them, we will lodge complaints on your behalf. You are always welcome to call us on 01455 698494 or email us anytime at info@hinckleybid.co.uk to double check anything that seems suspicious. Kind Regards, Helen BID Manager
