Hinckley hairdresser recognised as one of UK’s best

Leanne Hope from KH Hair salon in Hinckley has been recognised as one of the UK’s top professional hair stylists following her success at reaching the Trend Vision Regional Heats of the hairdressing industry’s most prestigious competition, the Wella Professionals Trend Vision Award 2010 in the Young Talent Category.

 This year’s Wella Professionals Trend Vision Award had approximately 800 entries and 22 year old Leanne has made it to the regional heats taking place on Monday, May 24^th in Birmingham. If she wins a place at her regional final Leanne will compete with 36 hairdressers at the Wella Professionals Trend Vision UK Final in London.

 Created to acknowledge the industry’s most skilled hair stylists and colourists, the competition focuses on all aspects of hair styling and colouring, and the regional heats are judged by world leading hairstylists and magazine editors.

Leanne who lives in Burbage said: “I’m so proud to have reached the final of such a prestigious competition.  I’ve always had a huge passion for hair and I am very excited about taking part and competing against the best hairdressers in the country. ”
