BID secure Coronation Street Star for Christmas Light Switch on!

We are pleased to announce that Graeme Hawley AKA John Stape from Coronation Street has kindly agreed to switch on this year’s Christmas lights in Hinckley Town Centre.

Graeme, who grew up locally, first appeared in Coronation Street in 2007 as Fiz Brown's boy friend and is now firmly established as one of the Soaps most popular characters.

This year’s Christmas light switch on event promises to be bigger than ever, with plans being made to extend attraction further up Castle Street, providing a great opportunity to show case our Town.
