About Hinckley Markets

Hinckley was first recorded as having a Market in 1311 but it almost certainly existed before then and the Markets have played an important role in the town ever since.

General Markets

Located in the very heart of the town centre on Castle Street, Market Place and The Borough.

  • Monday 9am to 4pm – General Market
  • Friday 9am to 4pm – General And Collectable Market
  • Saturday 9am to 4pm – General Market

Farmers Markets

A unique local Farmers Market. Local producers will be selling quality, fresh local produce such as free range beef, lamb, pork and poultry, cheese, eggs, sausages, bacon and ham, local fruit and vegetables, bread, cakes, wines and preserves.

Held on the third Thursday of every month.
