Events & visitor services - Light Nights & Family Fun day

These two events held in support of the night time economy were held on a Friday evening and Sunday in September. The Friday evening event celebrated the end of the year long award of Beacon Status to Hinckley Town Centre for work done to improving night time safety and included an open air concert in Market Place and publication of the Hinckley Guide to evening Entertainment by Hinckley BID.

The Family Funday  event held on the Sunday is an annual event held jointly by Pub Watch, Hinckley BID and HBBC with activities designed to attract all the family, including this year a 100 foot high bungee jump.
