Business Support - Regent Street

Over the past 18 months the Hinckley BID team have been working with representatives of local businesses to lobby for some shortterm options to regenerate Regent Street. Having gained the support of HBBC, the BID and HBBC have jointly commissioned White Green Young Consultants to  under take a scope of works exercise to consider a number of option proposed by the working group. These included provision of additional parking spaces and opening Regent Street one way to traffic to once again establish a shop window into our Town Centre. The report will be complete by the end of April 2011, details of the proposal will released during May with details of the next step to move the project forward.
